During that time, I had the privilege of formally recognizing Tracy’s stewardship and service to our community on 11 occasions, including the presentation of the Medal of Valor to Tracy in 2008. He was very involved in the training and certification of the police K9 unit, a program near and dear to my heart. He trained K9 units for our department, as well as Chehalis PD and other agencies.
But more than that, Tracy’s involvement in stewardship and leadership regarding Shop with a Cop, Night with Santa, Special Olympics, National Night Out, and volunteer services in his church speaks of a lifetime of service.
