A Legacy Of Service
Public service has always been part of my family’s story. My father, Dana Murphy, served as Centralia Fire Chief and showed me what it means to dedicate yourself to helping others. His commitment to our community helped shape my respect for service, leadership, and giving back, and ultimately influenced my own path into law enforcement.
Lewis County Through And Through
I am a lifelong Lewis County resident and a 1992 graduate of Centralia High School, and I attended Centralia College. This is where I grew up, where my wife and I raised our family, where we attend church, and where I have spent my career serving others.
Growing up here taught me the importance of hard work, personal responsibility, respect for others, and service to the community. Those values have remained with me throughout my personal life and law enforcement career.
Answering The Call
My commitment to public service began at an early age and eventually led me to law enforcement. What started as a desire to help others became a career dedicated to protecting communities and serving the people of Lewis County.
For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of serving the community that shaped me.
